Dance Dates

Monday, January 15 - Savoy Swing Club is celebrating 14 years teaching, performing and promoting Lindy Hop in the Pacific Northwest with a special anniversary dance  at Sonny Newman's Dance Hall. We'll have door prizes plus a performance by Emerald City Swing. Admission is FREE to all SSC members (you can join at the door) and only $5 for everyone else. All SSC members who attend will also receive a free surprise gift.

The dance is scheduled every Monday from 9:30pm until 12am (but often goes later) and costs $5, $3 club members unless there is a band (once a month).  See our online calendar for a list of DJs and bands playing on Monday nights, as well as dance status on holidays.

Workshops

When classes are not scheduled, we somtimes schedule a workshop before the dance, and unless otherwise indicated, it costs $8 for members, $12 others per night.  (Includes free admission to the dance afterwards -- see workshop listings for exceptions and multi-week discounts.)  Registration for workshops can be sent to Savoy Swing Club, P.O. Box 12114, Seattle, WA 98102 or can be paid at the door.  

NOTE: Workshops have been pre-empted for now in favor of our regular classes.  (See class page for schedules)
