Tryouts for the upcoming season of the Savoy Swing Club Performance Troupe will take place
Monday, September 18.
Here's your opportunity to be part of a Pacific Northwest legacy! The Savoy Swing Club Performance Troupe is the first swing dance performance troupe in the PNW and one of the longest running swing troupes in the world today! Founded in 1993, they have made over 255 appearances entertaining audiences from southern California to British Columbia.
The troupe is looking for intermediate or above Lindy dancers who would like to perform and support the swing scene and the club with a respectful and fun group of dancers. It's a great opportunity to improve your dance skills with a lot of individual attention in a supportive team environment.

Please wear comfortable/workout clothes and dance shoes or sneakers.
We have open rehearsals every Monday night from 7:30 to 10PM at the Dance Underground Studio on Capitol Hill in Seattle. Dancers and Guests are welcome to come watch and participate if they wish, provided they don't interrupt the regular rehearsal. Participants who come regularly and learn the choreography may be asked to perform with us once they learn a routine sufficiently. Besides the annual auditions, this is another avenue to become a regular troupe member.
